Love this Italian inspired suit! It cuts a little higher on the leg but it’s really tasteful

The print is beautiful. However, out of the package on the same day of delivery my top had loose and missing stitching on the border at the top of the swimsuit around the cups. I contacted customer service (which is extremely slow) only to be offered a 15% discount. 15% discount on an $85 swim top... At this point, I should have been offered at least 40% off. I was then told I could exchange it and the new one would be sent upon receipt of the original which also does not work for me. I waited a long time for this as they send items USPS which is slow and this set had been previously sold out. I told customer service this was not good enough and they were essentially making their problem mine and I expected the new one to be sent ASAP. Nobody responds until 2 am my time only for her to say she was the only customer service rep working that week. Lisa Says Gah is ignoring the fundamentals of having excellent customer service by actually having people there for consumers. Without consumers, how do you expect to continue thriving? The replacement is on the way, but it was sent with USPS shipping again and not expedited. I will now not be able to take this on a trip.

Second, if you want to purchase the set, do understand the sizing is very messed up for the bottoms. I went a size above the size chart knowing I prefer a slightly looser bottom especially in high rise. I am size 25 waist and the small fit like a XXS. I am not totally convinced a medium would fit either. I think it would be too small, but I will never find out because the medium is now sold out... The top also fits larger. I am always a small with a decent size bust for a petite frame. I could have gotten an XS easily.

it's such a cute swim top & so well made, unfortunately the band is just too big. i put it on the tightest of the three holes and it still was pulling up my back. had to return
