BOTTOM LINE: Yes - I would recommend this to a friend
Perfect 90's Mini!

I think I had this dress as a child in the 90's, and I'm so happy to have a grown up version! I am an 8/10 and the L fit best. I tried the XL too and it made it nice and flowy in the hips, but then it was too loose in the top. The neckline/tie is adjustable so you can wear it off the shoulder if you like too! The daisy print is just too perfect, I couldn't pass it up!
