Unexpected

I love the concept and values held by Lisa says Gah and reducing packaging to uphold sustainable business practices is a must! But for a bag at this price point and such delicate material, I truly didn’t expect it to arrive the way it did. There was no protective packaging or anything to hold and maintain its shape/material and so when the bag arrived, there were creases all over and bag strap was bent.. idk if it was sent like this from the brand specifically or what but it truly took away from my excitement.
