BOTTOM LINE: No - I would not recommend this to a friend
Great fabric, fit issues

I ordered these pants because they look JUST like a perfect pair of pants I thrifted a while ago. I ruined those pants with a misguided foray into bleach painting (sigh). There are some things I love about these pants. The fabric feels really light and comfortable on the skin. The brown color is really cute too! My issue was with the fit/cut of the pants. I have a big butt, and the pants were very tight in the seat which caused wrinkling and bunching in the front of the pants and gapping in the pockets. I’m also not super short (five six) and the pants were about 6 inches long on me. I considered getting alterations done because I like the feel of the fabric, but ultimately I felt like there wasn’t enough extra fabric in the darting on the butt to make the pants look right on me. I’m bummed! I really wanted to like these.

TL;DR - order these if you’re VERY tall and have a small butt.
