The material and construction of this skort is nice, it's very comfortable and the material is nice. I bought it in the color Iris, which is a pretty, cool tone blue. I bought it according to my exact measurements but the skirt is too big, more so in the waist than the hips. The material in the back at the waist bunches up and sags, making it a bit unflattering in the back. I'll have to make alterations for it to be more wearable, which is disappointing.
If you're a curvy girl and have a smaller waist in comparison to your hips, you might have to size down.

This skirt is so gorgeous! The band is a little tight (so consider sizing up), and because the shorts underneath are of a thicker fabric they can bunch up and add lines to the skirt. I have to adjust the skirt a fair amount when I'm sitting and standing, but I love the length and the style.

I'm a personal shopper and my clients, and I love this skirt! So versatile, and soft. Love that it's also made in the USA. It can fit a variety of body types! One client is a petite, curvy 5' 105 lbs and fit an "XS" well. Another client is 5' 6 115 athletic build and fit the "S" perfectly.
