Fit is awful

I really liked the design but I’m so upset with the fit. I work in design and sometimes I am there fit model for the size 10 category. It fits in the waist but the back rise is huge not to mention how big the thighs are😭 if I bought the M instead of the L it would so tight in the waist. Maybe it might because I am 5’2 , 31.5” waist, 40”.
