Fit is awful

I really liked the design but Iā€™m so upset with the fit. I work in design and sometimes I am there fit model for the size 10 category. It fits in the waist but the back rise is huge not to mention how big the thighs arešŸ˜­ if I bought the M instead of the L it would so tight in the waist. Maybe it might because I am 5ā€™2 , 31.5ā€ waist, 40ā€.
