BOTTOM LINE: No - I would not recommend this to a friend
Cute but not comfy

These were cute looking but the plastic thong straps were loose and the straps themselves weren't comfortable, the part that goes in between your toes was bulky. I ordered two pairs and they both had the same issues. Sadly will be returning, I really wanted these to work, they're a perfect casual summer flip flop.
