BOTTOM LINE: Yes - I would recommend this to a friend
Great for special occasion or everyday

I love this new version of the Petra blouse! This fabric is so much prettier in person, it’s slightly sheer for just a hint of skin. The ties down the back are so sweet. This top has nice structure on its own, so I think I like it best with something simple on the bottom like the Darcy skort. I also had to get the matching hair bow!

BOTTOM LINE: No - I would not recommend this to a friend
Cute but scratchy material that holds odor

The top is very cute but the way the bows are sewn down is with plastic thread making the top scratchy against the skin. The material is also that type of synthetic material that holds odor, not matter how much deodorant you put on. Also it is dry clean or handwash only. The design is cute but because of these other inconveniences I cannot give it 5 stars.
