Cartoon chic

I feel like a cartoon character in the best way when I wear this dress! The dress has a pretty stiff A-line shape, but it adds the the cute/kitch factor. I have seen it styled more fitted too if you can fit into the next size down. I am usually between M and L, and i like the L for a more comfortable, loose fit.
