BOTTOM LINE: No - I would not recommend this to a friend
Weird sizing but beautiful

The dress is really cute, and the tulip detail is beautiful in person! However, I am usually a large in dresses, and the measurements seemed like a large would be a perfect fit. Totally didn't fit my hips, so try to size up if possible, especially if you are more curvy.

Cute but runs super small

I was excited to get this dress and checked the measurements. It looked like medium would work for me (and I am typically a small or medium). But when it arrived, the medium is way too small for me. So definitely size up! It is otherwise very cute IRL though, wish it fit.
