Adorable skirt visually. Was excited to have a full co-ord outfit with the top. But what's not super apparent on this listing is that there's no real waistband - it's just a tube of fabric with a little line of buttons on one end. So unless it fits absolutely perfectly, it doesn't stay up well with movement - which defeats the purpose of clothing. And I followed the sizing chart for ordering. Also, probably because of the lack of waistband, the buttons look really random - like an afterthought. Overall not worth the price tag and had to return. Disappointing that I can't have the whole matching outfit. The top is lovely though.

I love this skirt! I’ve gotten so much use out of it already. It’s very versatile and can be styled in a variety of ways. The stretch is incredible, which is perfect for me in my third trimester. I look forward to wearing postpartum as well. Only negative is one of the buttons fell off shortly after first wear but that is an easy fix. Plus, the buttons are adorable. I’ve worn this casual, on a night out, and to work. I look forward to buying with the matching top for a monochrome look.

I really wanted to love this skirt as i think the intent and fabric have so much potential however i've really struggled with the fit of this skirt. I'm a large (size 10) and ordered a XL to begin with because I like a looser fit and it was HUGE..i mean MASSIVE so i returned it for a medium size which seemed...just good enough for me to wear as a low rise fit (looking back I should have order a small even). The problem is that there is hardly any shaping for the waist (imagine one rectangle tube of fabric) and no waist band at all (the "waistband" is just a sewn in thin plastic elastic at the top edge of the skirt.

Over time the waist area of the skirt just stretched out and never stayed up. the skirt would basically fall off my body as I walked. I had to always tie something around my waist and then wear a large over sized tee to cover it. I really wanted to love this skirt so bad because the length and fabric is super versatile but I think there needs to be massive improvements for the construction and fit of the skirt. I will be taking this to a tailor to try and get the fit right...Aside from the poor fit, the buttons just fell off over time....horrible construction overall..Not even remotely worth $118 price tag. ):
