BOTTOM LINE: Yes - I would recommend this to a friend
Almost perfect plaid skirt

The fabric is so substantial and beautiful without being too hot, so I can wear it in a LA, a fall look while it's 80 degrees outside. However, it runs really big. I should have sized down one. Oh well!
