I was so excited to see the drop of the Caviar Dreams pattern after I missed last years Appetito pattern. The print is beyond adorable, though I do highly question how this fabric will hold up after a few washes. It is the type of fabric that I can already fade and potentially pill. For the price point, I would have loved to see a sturdier fabric used. The fit of the skort is quite short, but that is fine by me considering the built in shorts. I also appreciate that the built in shorts are not skin tight (like legging/biker type shorts) - they are more relaxed and increases the comfort of this already comfortable piece. I usually wear a size 4 and ordered the size Medium - while it does fit, it felt that it might be a bit too loose for me when comparing to the model photos, so I ordered a size Small which I am waiting on to compare. I got a large because I didn't want it to be tight at all and it's perfect it's not loose at all but it it's digging into my thighs or stomach. It's a really good length too it's mini but ur butt is totally covered.

I love the darcy skort in general, I have the black slinky and the bon appetito in size medium so when I saw the caviar dreams collection come out, I made sure to order it asap! I love the print but sadly the quality of the skort is much much worse than my other two. The fabric isn't soft, it's actually a little scratchy and much tighter than the pasta print one I have, which is all around super soft, not too tight on both shorts and skirt and hangs nicely. The caviar dreams skort is already pilling badly after 2 wears and one wash; not sure what is different but the quality sucks now for such an expensive piece too, I'm pretty disappointed. For reference on body type, I have muscular thighs, bigger butt, smaller waist and like I said the medium was perfect in the slinky and the pasta print but the caviar dreams is tight, scratchy, pilling after one wash and tight in all the wrong places. I will add the classic black one I have is also much tighter and smaller than the slinky and pasta pattern so maybe the sizes and fabrics are inconsistent; which if they are, it would be even more disappointing again, for such a high price point, I would like to make sure my clothes last a long time and fit well.

I absolutely love this skort. It is SO comfortable. It feels kind of thin though, so I am a little cautious about how long it’ll last. Still, I am currently really excited about it!

I love this skirt so much. It’s so comfortable, well made and makes me feel like a million bucks.
