    poor customer service

    I pre-ordered these pants for my birthday. I received a shipping confirmation that they were delivered (which they weren't) and then waited 4 days to see if they turn up late (they didn't).

    I contacted customer service to notify them I never received my order. I got a message in return a couple days later stating that 1) I should wait longer to see if it turns up (its been 13 days) 2) the submitted a "ticket" to the shipper that I didn't receive the package, and 3) to check my shipping address that I entered to make sure it was correct (it was). Basically, aside from that, I get no refund or replacement because they "aren't responsible" for my missing shipment, so I'm out $140. BE WARNED BABES! Order at your own risk.

    coziest baggy pants!

    these are excellent - great quality, thick but still fall very nicely. i went with my regular size M, worried that they would be too tight in the thighs (i'm hourglass), but definitely could have sized down. other than that no notes :)
