This week’s Muse is Nicole Esquieres, the Filipino-Australian designer behind our latest Painted Ladies capsule! Nicole is the founder of BOOBAG, a small business based in her hometown of Melbourne, Australia. Nicole’s concept for her BOOBAG project was originally inspired by the 2017 Women’s March and connectivity and solidarity of women around the world. Her textile print is the product of this inspiration and when she reached out to Lisa Says Gah! last year, we knew it was an instant fit for a print collaboration. Nicole says “The Painted Ladies print essentially stems from our togetherness and our unity. Print design is a language itself so I always hope this message comes through to inspire.”
