Created in 2014 in Los Angeles by shoe industry veteran Ty McBribe, as his first solo-branded project, IB sets out with clear intentions: “To create the pieces that help you fill the blanks in your personal style.” McBribe has held positions with top companies in the footwear industry, and launching his brand came to fruition after moving from NYC to Los Angeles in early 2014.

Vibrant! So many compliments!

I love these boots and am so glad I chose a color that pops as someone who wears a lot of neutrals! They are definitely a statement shoe and I have bought a couple of clothes that help compliment them. These are my first pair of leather boots and I am still learning how to best care for them. There are more noticeable creases in person than in the photo, but I think that comes with a thin leather like this. Gratefully the shoe fits me well. I wear a 7 and sized down to a 37. Regular socks work fine, but thicker socks began to crease around the big toe a bit much, but I personally wouldn't size up. Also jsyk there's a stitch line down the middle. :)
