BOTTOM LINE: Yes - I would recommend this to a friend
Sooo cute with a few notes

This is such a cute dress and love the nod to the rosette trend without it being in your face. Notes though: definitely need to size up as it runs small and the bottom part is sheer and doesn’t allow for a slip.. so you’d have to wear like nude boy shorts if you don’t want to show your butt or underwear. Other than that, it’s a fab summer dress that will get tons of compliments
