How do I track my International order?

How fast is your International shipping?
Most orders are shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse within 1-3 business day of purchase, pending availability and credit verification.  Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.  When your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.  We estimate you will receive your order within 5-8 business days of ship date.  
Are duties and taxes included in my order total?
How duties, taxes, and other customs fees are treated varies depending on what country you are shipping to.

If you are shopping in the following countries, duties and taxes are included, if applicable, and automatically ship with duties prepaid.  You will not be charged any additional fees at checkout or upon delivery.
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Japan, Jersey, Korea (South), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom
If you are shopping in Canada, you will only pay for local sales tax, if applicable, at checkout.  You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
If you are shopping from a country that is not listed above, you will have the option to prepay duties, taxes and fees at checkout or to pay for all duties, taxes and fees upon delivery. If you select to prepay at checkout, you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. If you select to pay upon delivery we can not guarantee the cost of fees.
Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable, except for orders shipping to Canada.
