These hair clips are made through the injected method which utilizes granules of cellulose acetate often leftover from previous production runs. The granules are heated and poured into the mold. Once removed from the mold they are graded smooth and the coloring process begins. High quality non toxic paints and air filters are used to ensure that the hand painting process is as sustainable as possible.
